Small window into minor leaguer Joe Atton including 10 letters, most with envelopes, including a 1936 T.L.s. from former minor leaguer, Jeff Holmquist (1910-1917), addressed to Mickey Cochrane, asking Cochrane if Atton could “work out with you a day or so”; 2 photographs of Atton; 1 Official Pacific Coast League baseball signed by Atton; 1 handmade piece of ephemera; 1 Spring Training mimeographed note from Dr. H. Weaver, trainer for the St. Louis Cardinals; 1 telegram: “Have been released. Will be home 6:45 PM Saturday. Joe.”
